I just posted regarding to stop complaining about your orders and give this company time. I did receive my order actually the next day after my last post on 11/11., it took 3 weeks plus 5 days to arrive in texas. I had to show my i.D. Even though i am well over 21 and had to sign for it. So they are working hard to get us our cigarettes we want in a timely manner as well as complying with all gov regulations... It's time to stop complaining folks or pay double or more per carton where you live if your able to drive -i'm not able to even drive and can't afford the excess cost plus i just like the native brands much better, try purchasing from seneca smokeshop perhaps the problem is not the shipping company but the company you are buying from as i have not seen any complaints from anyone buying from this company, again order destination is texas outside dallas area.
