Incorrect preliminary estimate; vehicle dirty & also little (famous alcohol bottles); inadequate quantity of workers; low way to obtain specific containers; low wrap of products obtained from home; scratches/gouges into surfaces and doorway jams; guide worker remaining half way through transfer & never delivered; period of transfer extended because of having to obtain a minute vehicle & just 2 workers; nicked and gouged furniture; ruined light and seat; droppage of containers/devices leading to further damage & damage of exterior stucco; rude & improper comments from fresh guide employee; challenge over closing bill; didn't bring complete alternative insurance - just 60 dollars per pound! ; organization also small & ill-equiped for home transfer; further challenge with operator and zero fulfillment.
