Violated agreement

I bought a brand new Honda Accord from Thelen Auto Team in Bay Area MI on 7/30/09. They assured written down that I'd be equipped a loaner vehicle if support needed.

I struck a deer on 10/26/10 and approached Thelen to possess automobile fixed. After I advised support supervisor Justin, he mentioned they just had three vehicles and none available. Following a lengthy discussion he explained he'd consult with his chef, Karen, about my scenario and return a phone in my experience. It's today 10/28/10 and that I have yet to listen to back from anybody at Thelenis regarding my scenario.

Personally I think I've been lied to and certainly will not obtain appropriate support. Easily don't obtain the loaner I'll be asked to hire an automobile at my cost and that I generate 100 miles round-trip to perform everyday.
