It cost me $120.20 to try and conduct business with u haul

I reserved a two-wheel vehicle dolly to move a brand new automobile to Hudson, Wi from Toledo, Iowa, house. Our reservation was to get in Sylvania, Ohio on 7/2/06. The support representative mentioned that somebody might contact me before to set up area and time. I offered my charge card my spouse and # and that I got a vehicle that was not so fuel-efficient to draw the brand new auto house.

On 7/2 I named to obtain area since no one had named me your day before because they suggested they'd. I had been informed that 5 P.M. Would calls me I had been okay with not selecting it-up until 7/3, despite the fact that my reservation was for 7/2. Nobody named by 5 pm. So when I called 1 800-gouhaul I had been informed the shop in Sylvania/Toledo was shut but they e mailed the shop to contact me between 7 and 9 am on 7/3. Good.

Obviously nobody named me by 9 am on 7/3 and so I named 1 800-proceed uhaul for aid. Sadly I don't recall the woman's title that I talked with, but she really stated " you keep calling the Illinois service-center, I actually donot understand what you believe I will do in Toledo, Ohio for you personally."

I do not often free my awesome, but I'm 17 or even more hours and 3 telephone calls (on-hold alot) into this and I stated "I am only y&e calling the 800 customer support quantity that got me were only available in this offer." If you like to declare at me at that time she stated your reservation hung-up on me, and is terminated.

I called the shop in Sylvania, Ohio and informed them that which was up, she decided to stop without receiving me the $50 termination charge - that will be excellent since u haul customer support really terminated it.

My spouse and that I went both automobiles house, charge mean additonal $11.35 in tollroads - $80.85 for gas within the automobile I had been said to be towing, and also the vehicle used to do not require to generate today (for towing reasons) charge one more $198 in gas over our additional automobile I really could have pushed. Without the $170 in charge used to do not need to pay for - this u - I am really charge $120.20 by experience. IT COST ME $120.20 to try and conduct business with u haul.
