Water in gasoline

On 5-04, I purchased two gallons of premium grade gasoline at the
local Maverik Gas Station located at 715 North Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ
85541. During the three mile return to my home, my vehicle engine began to
run very rough and would stall.
The following morning, I drove my car to my mechanic with the engine
stalling out on several occasions enroute. After five days without the use
of my vehicle, the mechanic diagnosed the problem as being water in the
fuel. The fuel tank had to be completely drained and a new fuel pump
installed. The water in the Maverik Premium gasoline had ruined the existing
fuel pump.

The repair bill for my vehicle is $572.16! My mechanic has provided a
written diagnosis on the repair bill that the damage was as a result of
water in the fuel. I want full reimbursement for the repair from Maverik
Inc. I can provide the detailed repair bill, the mechanics finding, and a
Maverik gas purchase credit card receipt. Maverik denies they sold me contaminated gasoline gasoline.
