Charged for things that are not fixed, car stolen from his lot and he took no responsibility

Buchtel has been working on my car 2 years.in the first year they put in a new radiator and 3 water pumps? This year he put in another radiator. The last time my car was in I asked him to please check the block to see if it was cracked as the car continued to overheat after the 2nd radiator. He said it was not cracked. I had another mechanic look at it last week. Cracked block, water in the oilI could have sold the car for around $1200.00.. I sold it for $200.00. The last time my car was there for repair my locked car was stolen from his lot. He then charged me $746.00 to repair the damage from the theft. He charged me full price and refused to take any responsibility. This week he charged my debt card for additional work without my permission.
I have been ripped off big time by this guy... Stay away.
