Ingram's Auto Mall in Norfolk, Virginia is a ripoff. They overcharged me for a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon. They included a warranty. However, when the car started to have problems, they said the warranty only covered two things (but cost $1100 in finance). Amelia, or "Melia, " seems nice once you purchase a car, then turns into a nightmare sales lady to deal with. She made prejudice comments to me once i complained about the warranty. I should have researched them before buying a car from them. They have dozens of court case complaints from consumers. They (including Steve) are dishonest and they will rip you off. Please beware!!!
