Deceptive Sales Practice did not actually have the vehicle, ripoff

Bob Howard Auto Mall Oklahoma City, OK advertised an Avalanche on autotrader.com. I talked to their saleswoman several times, including the morning of 10/7 to make sure everything was set for us to travel 160 miles to look at the vehicle. I took the Bob Howard Auto Sales Oklahoma City internet spec sheet on the vehicle with me.

When I arrived at the Bob Howard Auto Sales Oklahoma City, OK I was told that that Avalanche was sent to an auction "about a week-and-a-half ago." When the saleswoman arrived to meet me she said she just drove the car "a couple of days ago."

I was baited by Bob Howard Auto Oklahoma City with a non-existant auto and they tried to get me to buy another Avalanche while I was there. The other vehicles they had in stock were several thousand dollars more and not as nice.
