Stay away far away the biggest pack prevaricators i have ever dealt with!

I contacted global express on 10/25/10 to have a vehicle shipped from MI. To CT. There were some bumps in the road from the begining but i attributed them to global being so good that they were just busy, boy was i wrong. After things were clear on what was to be done or so i thought, the pickup date was 11/03/10. They never showed. I called and had displeasure of speaking with shannon who was more concerned with trying to bait me into an argument than answering my questions. She blatently lied to me saying she personnaly tried 30 times to call me on on 11/02/10, does she think i'm an idiot i have caller ID. And voice mail with roller so it can't be full. Meanwhile they should have been calling the place of origin with the three numbers they had that they asked me for. It is quite clear that these people are nothing more than a pack of prevaricators! I called my credit card co. And have them lookinng to this matter, but i did not stop there, i made a complaint with the florida dept. Of buissness and proffesional regulations, i also lodged a complaint with the federal motor carrier saftey administration. I dont know if this will do any good but people need to report these kinds of dishonest buissness. They are truly the worst!!!
