Scammed me for my car, they put 3000 miles on the car, never paid for it

We advertised our car for sale on Craigslist. We had a remaining balance of 19K on the car which was a 01 mercedes clk 430. Our payment was 640/mo. We were contacted by a Mark Taffet from autoleaselocator llc. He claimed his company would take over the payments and get insurance on the vehicle and maintain it while they had it for the next 24 months which was the remaining loan terms. After checking his referances and coming back with positive customer responses we entered into a contrat with him or what we thought was a contract. We were told the car would be picked up by a shipping company called Nathans Express out of Texas and taken to a Mercedes Dealer in Soffulk for inspection. From there to Avis where the car would be and rented to there customers. Once a month they would issue us payment for the car. The car was picked up 9/22 and driven by 2 individuals. As it turns out they blew 3 EZPASS lanes without paying. We received tickets for them. Never got reimbursed for them. The car never made it to Mercedes it was dropped off at a buddy of Mark Taffet in Pomona NY. When they sent us insurance proof they sent a forged document which was later verified via my insurance company to be a fake. After they never sent payment there office number for autoleaselocator LLC was disconnected. After my insurance and Police left numerous inquiries with the transport company he told them where the car was dropped off and was sent back to me. The car now had 3000 more miles then when left my house and was trashed inside, check engine light on. Save yourself the headaches never deal with Mark Taffet and Autoleaselocator LLC. They are scammers. I never received any money for my car, they had for a month, the car is a wreck now, with 3000 more miles then when left my house.
