Ripoff, refusal to honor warranty

On 10-16 I returned a rotor I bought less than three months ago. O'ScumBags refused to replace it, saying they would turn it down, instead. I tried turning the old ones before I bought new ones. It didn't work.
If you want to find yourself going to Auto Zone and paying for the same part again, buy something at O'Scumbags. Enough said.
