My company sent a cashiers check in the amount of 400$ on January 10, express mail. Today is March 11 and we still havent received our differential. Phone calls placed were not returned. Starting the procedure to file a small claims case against the eap co. Unfathomable as to how a company can committ fraud on a regular basis and still be in business.
