I ordered oil and fuel filters from this company and decided to cancel the order. I have yet to receive a refund. I've written numerous emails to there so-called customer service dept. And not even a reply. I ask for a phone # and i got this instead.

Dear Customer;

We no longer have a phone. We used to have a toll free number on the top of every page on our website, but no one ever called, while we received a large amount of emails each day. We realized that our customers are internet savvy and prefer email over the phone, so we got rid of the toll free number and we expended our online customer service.
