Poor business practices/would not recommend using them

This compay was hired to haul a load of steel. For some reason they decided to also haul a Humvee vehicle and an aircraft engine which they placed on TOP of the steel. After they realized their blunder had damaged the steel and a claim was pending, they held the load hostage and insisted they be paid for delivery or they would not deliver the damaged product. Once they were paid in advance they did deliver the load. Their insurance company paid for the damage they caused less their deductible. West Coast Trans Inc has refused to take responsilbilty for their actions and will not honor the contract and pay their deductible. I would be very wary of doing business with them.
