I did'nt get paid for loads that I turned in. I was told they did'nt receive the paper work. Even though I priority mailed it

Iwas an owner/operator for northern steel transport for three months. That's all I could take. I was pulling loads from Arizona to Norfolk Virginia, 2400 miles and got paid 800.00 dollars. After expense's. I wasn't being paid what they told me at the time of dispatched. The fuel surcharge for this load was 190.00 dollars when it cost me over 800.00 in fuel. They tell you one thing and pay you another. The last straw was when they started to loose my freight bills that I overnighted to them. I pulled a load from Euclid Ohio, HGR Industrial Surplus 2001 Euclid ave. Euclid Ohio 44117 to Substrate Treatments& Lubricants 1309 South Brykit ave. Mishawaka.in 46546 Pro#62792 line haul pay was 500.00 never got paid.

Another load was from Mittal steel Burns harbor IN, to Mittal steel Cleveland Ohio pro#62800 permit load steel coil 56,960lbs. Never got paid. I priority mailed my bills to Northern steel. A Don Pickard signed for the bills yet they say they didn't receive them. I told them that I traced the bills to the time and day of signing, and was told that Don Pickard does'nt work there, they never heard of him, even though he signed for other bills. This company is the worst of the worse, they are still holding on to my Base-plate money (1850.00) and my escrow money 350.00 I'll wait a little while longer but I'll take legal action if needed, stay away from this company.
