Dealer Miguel Vegas of Black Jack Auto and Truck Wholesale Inc. Is a brown-skinned jack. He deals in deceptive transaction. A 2008 v.W. Jetta with about 23,000 miles was listed as $6,700 with a $1,000 to repair by them. Deal started in 2009 summer with deposits of $2,500 series to initiate repairs to change the door and paint the door and damage area. Car would start instantly eveytime as it sits there. Because brown jack is deceptive in his dealing, and the customer is/was a female, brown jack thinks he can sway the deal.

Brown jack did not start repairing the car until in 2010 although all the monies for the car was delivered by money order. The total of $6,700 was taken for the car, but brown jack recorded $6,000 on the invoice. The invoice was signed 8/17/10 and title nor key was not given at that time. The car was not to be seen at the shop. Brown Jack took the car and had all the orignal VW parts, taken out or switched, handing the car to be delivered with his towing company on a flat bed that the towing man had to crank the car from in the bonnet. There was not key delivered then. The car was delivered to a storage facility as there was no tag on the car. Brown jack suppose to put on a 30-day temporary tag for it to be driven to the customer's place of desire. It was observed the a temporary tag was placed on the VW and was driven without the owner's permission after paying all the monies for it as the odometer rate increased to 24,000 which was recorded on the title issued by Black Jack Auto via their electronic system to the office.

Customer had car towed to a VW authorized dealer to get a key issued. The VW authorized dealer refuses to touch without my signature as the car is not in the condition as specified months before. A rough estimate puts the car at $10,000 to bring it back to the original. I have been communicating with the original sales representative of the car and I have a list of the official description of the original items that I claimed that were on the car.in addition, the windows of the car are not properly locked so the various weather affects the car so an inside storage facility is mandatory to avoid furthr deterioration of the condition.in addition, the car has bird drippings all over the top and the inside and outside are very dirty and disgraceful when compared to the enthusiasm I had when I first when into the negotiation for the car.

Brown jack does not want to communicate with me. Everytime I call he said that he is not there although he answers the phone.in addition, when I expressed that that was deceptive dealing and that he did not deliver what I bargained for, he said that I let the car stayed at the garage too long and that is my business.

I told brown jack that I need to void the transaction because I do not need the car. It is a want for the luxury and it is not a luxury anymore based on what is delivered to me. I am searching to have a lawyer send a demand letter to return all monies and to pay for the cost of storage and
