Do not use in any way. You will get ripped off. I booked van hire for my girlfriends birthday i requested a 9 seater mini van. I checked regulations on the dvla and thats what my license will permit me to drive. They turned up with a 12 seater which i cannot drive and did not have any other vehicles. I had a very distressed girlfriend. They would not refund the money. They said it was my fault for not having a d1, why do i have to send over my driving license if they dont check surely that is a duty of care? I have now been waiting 2 weeks for my deposit to be returned i spoke to somebody called alex who when challenged hung up on me, i told him i cancelled the booking but he said i didnt so had to pay the full amount of £138, this was with hidden charges i was quoted £115 and i paid extra for no deposit to be taken as well!!! This company and customer services is a joke! Be warned!!
