Would not refund for wrong parts sent in orde

Rock Auto really let me down. They shipped the wrong part in the right box. I tried Emailing them with their quick Email that`s highlighted, but did not get a reply due to settings in my computor they explained. They would not help with the wrong part they shipped in the right box because by the time I phoned they said SO SAD after 30 days it`s plainly written no help from them even when they put a completly different part in a box labelled correctly with part I ordered
