Delco Tires
Did mechanical work to my car that the car didn't need. Toyota confirmed this

I took my car to Delco tires for a routine oil change. The owners son called and said that I needed my wheel cylinders replaced. The bill would be over 300.00 but he would give me a deal and do it for 300.00 even. I trusted them because I had gone there for over a decade and said ok. Well i waited for 2 hours and then he said that my car wouldn't be safe to drive because they didn't know how to fix it correctly and would get me a rental car and figure it out tomorrow. This made me feel very uneasy.
The 1st thing in the morning I called Toyota and the general manager said they have never had to replace the wheel cylindars for a prius at 40,000 miles it is unheard of. I called Delco they said they figured out the problem and I should get my car. When I picked it up it was driving horribly. It was all over the road. Not sturdy or safe feeling. I took it right back. The mechanic road with me and acted like nothing was wrong with the car. Then the owner's son drove it and said it was fine, but I know my car and there was a vast difference. He said take it to Toyota and if I did anything wrong Iwill reemburse you.
I took it to Toyota and they said that there was no oil in the cylindar and no evidence of a leak. The manager at Toyota called him and he said tell her to take me to small claims court, I don't want to hear from her. I the meantime on our phone conversations he yelled at me and tried to make it like I was crazy, he was tlking very fas and wouldn't let me say my complaint. Then he said I said something was wrong with the brakes, which I never said. He was yellinfg at me the customer. I have never been spoken to like this by a business. I spent 2 days on this and lost a day of work, taking my car from place to place. He was horible and lied about reembursing me. I got ripped off for 250.00 after my initial 60.00 oil change
