Rip off

My mother contacted them to replace a broken window. After 3 weeks of mistakes supposedly made by their office help in ordering, window was fixed. Couple weeks later, window off track again. Called company to complain. They sent out same repair man that supposedly fixed first time and was told needed to replace same part because we did not fix an inside dent in door that we were never told about. (He was only one messing with door.)

Being as my mother is 80 years old, I have been trying to help her with this fool. First he told her it needed new motor. When I told him I wanted the old motor (a friend was going to check it), all of a sudden did not need new motor. When called back to fix again, she was told about the "dent". This did not come up first time, but repairman lied to owner and told him he not only explained to mother but also explained this all to me. He is an out and out liar! Owner of company called me a liar and backed his repairman because he had never caught the guy in a lie before. Even though it made no sense to him that had we been warned of this to begin with, we would have fixed it properly the first time instead of paying another 250.00 to replace same part!

I do not appreciate this man calling me a liar and acting like I am trying to rip him off when we still have a window that doesn't work and he has our $250.00!

Call any OTHER company to repair your glass. This man is a fatcat that doesn't care about his customers at all and will take advantage of anyone if he will take advantage of a senior citizen.
