Complaint - WINDOW CLEANING

This Las Vegas, NV companie's owner, is VERY short on customer service. He will calls you a liar when he does not hear what he wants, he has him employees do his dirty work for him. The first time I was in contact with him, they had fixed some screens for me. There were 2" gaps between the window and the frame. I called to complain and the kept calling me a liar. When I had called back, I was told that he was the nephew of the owner. Well that was untrue. This next time, his employee called me told me one thing, another employee called me back and told me another then the owner, who had to same voice as the nephew, called and called me a liar again. This company cannot be TRUSTED.
