Dishonest Service Call, Unproffesional attempt to replace parts not broken and arguementative response to complaint at the office

On 1/7/09 I noticed the smell of burning dust in my home, I called All Services NWto come and check my furnace. The Serviceman arrived and checked out my furnace, he then told me that there was nothing wrong with the furnace but I did have a lot of dust in the area around the unit and went to his truck to write my invoice for the service call. He returned into my home, and was on the phone with someone, he went over to the furnace and touched the outside panel, turned to me and said "It is very hot, you need a new motor" He then informed me that it would be $350.00 to replace it on top of the service call fee.

I then went to my phone to discuss it with my husband, while on the phone with him, the repairman took out my motor and went out to his truck, when he did not return quickly I went out to his truck where I saw him working on my current motor, (not replacing it with a new one) I told him I had decided against the new motor and asked him to return mine to the house, he did so and then gave me the invoice for the service call. I then proceeded to call another company to come and get a second opinion.

This morning, 1/8/09 that company came, looked at the furnace, and all the parts, vacuumed all the areas around my furnace and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace or motor. After he left, I called All services NW to let them know I was unhappy with the attempt to sell me parts and services not needed, the receptionist was arguementative with me repeatedly saying they didn't do it on purpose and that the repairman was probly on the phone with the supervisor during his visit here and that most likely was told after talking with the supervisor who never came to my home, that I needed a new motor, despite the assesment of the repairman. She told me the owner would call me, No one called at all, I would not recomend this company to anyone as they don't value customers or honesty.
