Taylor Moore Stole $1200 from me from me after I paid for an engine he never shipped

Paid for an engine on 8/24. Promised to have it to my mechanic in 2 weeks. It is now 9/27 and I still DO NOT have my engine.

PROMISES every Monday to refund my money but NEVER does. He is a complete ripoff, fraud, and liar.

Currently disputing this with Citibank. Do not do business with this company.
