Consumer health benefits dishonest, fraudulent, refuse to return calls, refuse to return money. Rip-off! Coconut creek florida

I was contacted by mr. Randy Webb from Consumer Health Benifits to enroll in their health insurance program. After he took the money from my account I checked with the Florida dept. Of health and the dept. Of Insurance which they are not regestered with and was told that mr. Webb or mr. Swartz who is the manager needs to contact them at 850-413-3100 and 850-488-0595.

After calling mr. Webb, within 20 min. After enrolling, I left a message to cancell all transactions, not to take the money from my account. I was no longer intrested. I have yet to get a phone call or an e-mail or the 209.95 they owe me. I guess they feel they can hide behind the phone till I go away, but I won't. All they have to do is contact me and this can be fixed but they won't so I'm asking for my money back in the amount of 209.95. This has been on going for three weeks.
