Strong Arm Sales Tactics in

I made a purchase of a Dodge pickup truck at this dealership. At the time, I was interviewing with several companies for a new position and told the salesperson that the sale would hinge on which position I decided to take. Within 24 hours, I declined all offers and decided to stay in the position I had. Since that position requires extensive travel, at my expense, I opted not to take the pickup. Brigham Gill proceeded with the deal, even though I notified them of my decision to cancel. The sales manager told me that they had paid off the car I was trading. A quick call to my finance company proved that to be a lie. Toyota credit told me that Brigham Gill had called them and requested they not cash the check. That request was honored by Toyota finance. I received several angry faxes from Mr. Gill, but since I made it clear that my decision to cancel was final, I ignored his tantrums. I just received the first bill on a truck that was never delivered to me. I'm sure this will cost me time and money to resolve. Avoid this dealership... They put the "sleazey" in "sleazy car dealer"
