Noisy tires

I am responding to two attempts to get my new car problems solved by this dealer. Since we purchase this car on June 2, I have to turn my radio up in order to drown out the roaring noise coming from the factory tires.instead of fixing the problem, the dealer chose to rip the manufacture off with a front-end alignment and rotate the tires which did not fix the problem. At this time the dealer is saying if I want to upgrade to another less noisy tire, it will cost me additional $448.00, minus $1092.00. I called several tire dealers and they advise me they will sell me 4 Michelin Pilot tires with no noise for $155.00 each. It appear this dealer is trying to make additional money on this deal, after selling us a car with 18.30% for 72 months, which we are not pleased with. Also there was an air leak in the driver side door, which appear was fixed, however the molding they replaced do not fix the same way when I purchased the car. (Gaps) Please help!!
