Stolen Money

I bought a jet kit from the company because it was suppose to be complete. I sent 75 dollars to the company by moneyorder. They sent an envolope with a few drill bits and 3-4 jet and some papers. Thinking that the kit was complete I took it to my machanic to install. My machanic informed me that the kit was not complete. He then showed me what a real jet kit looked like. The real kit had 6-8 jets, needles springs, drill bits, instructions, etc. After find out the truth from a pro I used more of my own money and mailed the kit back unused and undamaged. Knowing these things take a while I went on with my life but exspecting my refund. Weeks passed then months. To make sure everything was ok I emailed rolf waage. He at first try to make me feel stupid for not knowing what comes in a jet kit like it is common knowledge. I told him what my machanic said about the kit and he stopped writting back. I now can't get in contact with him or his company and I have not recieved my money. He has his merchindise and I have nothing. The company has stolen my money. Please HELP me Ebay
