My company purchased $1,321.66 in drill bits for a job on 4/07. We never received the bits and called to check the status of the shipment on 4/17. We were told that the bits were on their way. About a week later we called again and the bits still were not sent. We ended up purchasing the bits elsewhere and called Advantage Drills, Inc in order to process a refund.

This became extremely difficult. Our company called 6/5 and we left a message. On 6/8 we spoke to a guy named Chris and he informed us that no one in accounting was in the office but assured us that someone would call us back within one business day. We called on 6/10 after not hearing from them and got their answering machine. We left another message on 6/12,6/15,6/16 and finally spoke to Chris again on 6/17. He again informed us that no one in accounting was there and that he would take our phone number down and have someone call us within the next business day. On 8/12 we spoke to a guy named Randy; same thing. We were told no one was in accounting that day and that someone would call us back as soon as possible. I spoke to a woman today... I think her name was Neena or Nala or Nadia or Neima? All I know is that she said no one was in accounting today and she "promised" someone would call me back today.

Please do not buy from this company! It has been 4 months and we have no drill bits and we are out $1321.66. My company has decided to turn this matter over to our legal department today and let them pursue the necessary legal action. Advantage has been given more than enough time to remedy this issue. They cannot even return one phone call in 4 months! Not ONE!

This is a fraudulent business and a total scam!
