Rip-offf!

David and Victor at Tri-United in lubbock are a couple of crooks! My wife bought a 2001 Honda Odyssey va from them a year ago. As soon as she got home the trans has been messing up. Took it back to them and all they offered to do was put a used trans in it. I demanded for them to take the truck back as the trans is 2800$ to fix. They were gonna take it back but they couldnt find something they could put us in and make enough profit to pay for the trans on the van in the process (they actually told me this!). Most companies worth there salt would fix the dam thing and split the cost (which I offered). No—all they wanna do is put wrn out trans in it that prob has the same problems. We waited forever for them to find a decent vehicle for us to trade for. I looked on therev lot and man—they have nothing but JUNK! EVERYTHING on their lot is a piece. They have giving us the run around for 2mnths! I finall told them to just forget it, well fix the van ourselves. But, I gauentee you, I will NEVER use them again. They are major rip-offs. Very un professional and very deceiptfull! Do not buy from tri-united!!! Youll get screwed!!
