Tranny ripoff

April4 I purchased a trans for my truck. $850.00 was charged to my account on april 10 trans was recieved on april 12. When I opened the shrink wrap there was road grime all over the trans and the fluid was burnt. I was told that the trans would have about 43000 miles on it.

The yard that the tranny was shipped from was in Iowa so I called them and asked what miledge it had on it and the answer was "we cant tell you" I said that I know that the trans has at least 100000miles and the sales person said at the least.

I called D and J auto parts and could not get ahold of anybody. Finaly A man named charlie called me back and said that he would like to come and look at the trans. He came to my house and agreed the trans had more than 100000miles and he took my trans back to Richmond.

On April 16 Charlie called and asked what I wanted to do and I said I wanted a refund. I have not recieved my refund as of 3:30 pm April 19 I would recommend that nobody to ever buy from this non english speaking company.
