This is the third time that I had my oil changed and had it leak all over my driveway

The first time that I had my oil changed I believe was on 3/04. When I returned to my residence and parked my auto on my driveway I noticed a large accumulation of oil under the auto. I immediately returned to to the service center and notified your manager of the condition. He resolved the problem and also wanted to send somone to my residence to clean up the oil spill. I declined his officer and asked him what could I use to clean it up. He recommended Pour-N-Restore and it worked fine the cost to me $18.18. As a repeat customer I returned to the same service center every 3000 or so for an oil change. On my last oil change 8/25 I notice that I again had large oil spots on my drive way and returned to the service center with the same problem on 9/1. They took the car in and fixed the problem by telling me that the gasket was cracked and it should have been noticed at the oil change.By the way that was the same reason for the spill the first time. I now have to go back to Ace Hardware to by Pour_N-Restore at the cost of $18.18 out of my pocket expense. I will not return to your service center for any products in the future and you can put me in the catagory of customers that will not return.
