Phillips HWY ripoff... Bait and switch

I took my Chevy truck in to trade for a new 2004 Jeep. I wanted cruise control added. I was told over and over again (before I "closed" on the deal) that the service dept was open on Saturday and could install cruise control (therefore I would not have to take time from work).

AS soon as the deal was done and I asked If I should plan on bringing the Jeep "this Saturday for the cruise control" the story changed... Suddenly they could ONLY do it on a weekday and I would have to bring it early one morning... Have someone take me back to St. Augustine then have someone take me back to JAX in the evening to pick it up.

I finally through phone calls and emails got permission to "bring the Jeep to the dealership "promptly at 8 A.M. On Saturday" (salesman = Jason called me 3 times to make sure I understood "promptly").

When I arrived at 7:30 A.M. There were three men milling about. Finally at 8 A.M. One man came to me and told me they "didn't have keys to open up and that I could wait but they didn't know when or if anyone was coming to open up".

It took several phone calls and emails to finally get someone to return a call and the agreement was that they would refund me $600 to have cruise control done elsewhere.

3000 miles later and numerous phone calls and emails I STILL do not have the money and cannot get an answer from them. I have requested the owner contact me... But, nothing. I plan to sue.
