Driver speeding through neighborhood and fleeing after being shouted at

My name is Donna Morrison. I live at 59 Lochview Drive Bear DE 19701. A UPS drive FLEW up and down the streets of my neighborhood today causing near peril to myself and my pet dog Madison. AND, after screaming at her (not the usual driver) she FLED AWAY EVEN FASTER out of the neighborhood. The speed limit is 25 and I would bet you serious money, she was going 40-50 MPH. We have many children in our small residential neighborhood, and I fear for a death if she continues in her current position as a driver for your company.
Thanks for your time and attention,

Donna Morrison
