Charged me for repairs that did not fix my car

The second week of May, I took my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Complete Auto Repair, 3704 Slide Road, Lubbock Texas. I told them I wanted my fuel injectors cleaned and to fix the problem I was having with my gas gauge as I would run out of gas at 1/4 tank.
I was contacted on May 18th and was told the cost was $1136.56 and that the car was repaired.
On July 14 I ran out of gas, at 1/4 tank on Interstate 27 coming back from Amarillo, Texas. I called the company and told them I was bringing the vehicle back because they did not fix the problem.
The next day they contacted me and told me the car was fixed and that I owed them $16.35 for gas.
On July 17, I ran out of gas coming back from Big Spring, Texas even though I had gas in the car. It cost me 10.00 each time to get gas brought to me.
I took the vehicle in on July 19th and told them it was not fixed and to make good on their word that it was.
On July 23rd I was contacted by the company and advised I needed a new fuel tank and with labor it would cost me $1014.16. I was told the automobile would be back in my hands on July 26th.
On July 27th I contacted the company and was told it would not be done until Tuesday the 28th. On Wednesday I contacted the company and was advised it may be done today. I still have not heard from the company.
