Cemoni Motors, Aaron N. Cemoni Sold a car with wrong title - refused to provide correct title - now stuck with car cannot drive

We found an old car (my daughter's first) at this small dealership located on Edgewater Drive in Orlando. We were met by Aaron Cemoni and his employee, James Cunningham around 7 P.M. On June 17th. My daughter test drove the car and we decided to buy it. I gave a check for a deposit payable to Aaron Cemoni who agreed to deliver the car to my home (since my daughter was an inexperienced driver). Aaron Cemone and James Cunningham delivered the car to my house on June 18th - approximately 2:30 P.M. Aaron Cemone prepared the title, putting my name and my daughter's name on it, I then paid him and thought all was great, until... Two months later my daughter was pulled over and we discovered that the title given to us actually was for a 1986 Nissan which we have never seen. Originally I thought the tag agency made a mistake so I went there. They assured me that the original title turned in as for a Nissan. I called Aaron Cemoni, I went to his place of business, I called James Cunningham. Each blames the other and claims that they do not have the title. Actually, Aaron says that he couldn't remember selling a Cadillac and when I reminded him that he had come to my house, he stated that the car belonged to James (even though Aaron took all the money and did the title paperwork). I am now stuck with a vehicle that I have paid several hundred dollars not only to purchase but to license and insure and cannot drive or sell. Not only that but my daughter had a job that she cannot go to because she has no car. I have called the Police and I am writing anyone and everyone who is interested.
