I don't know how this company remains in business. The incident occured on July 25. My family and I were going to visit my nice in Skokie IL. We got trapped on the interstate due to flooding. We tried alternate routes to bypass the flooding. We finally ended up at Bellwood Police Station and my husband had to park on the sidewalk. At the time water was every where. We were told that no cars would be towed and we were going back to get our vehicle on July 25 in the am. The actually day that the flooding occued was July 24. When we went back to the station one of the officer informed us that the vechile had been towed to O Hare on N Mannheim Rd. When we there only to watch the it come in. This was Sunday I was informed that the cost would be $350.00 I didn't have that much cash on had and went back on Monday to find out that the cost was now $375.00 This was my first visit to Chicago. We got our vechile and as we were leaving a gentleman came and ask me how much I had to pay. I told him. He was from CA and his car had been in water. (Mine had not) They charged this poor fellow $2800.00. I understand having to pay for service but this is outrageous. I just think this company is a big rip off. Like I said, I don't understand how they stay in business.
