Henry Illegal and Un-Ethical Business Practices

This review is being posted in a few places so don't consider this spam! First, My name is Ryan, I own a business and I contently buy vehicles for myself and the growing company so I know a thing or two about car dealerships, thats probably why my buddy and his wife asked me to tag along twice to this dealership. The first visit was horrible so horrible I went back 2 days later and spoke with the management (Henry), the 2nd visit well my buddy and his wife had their eye on a used 3500 Truck and I had my eye on a 3/4 Ton Pick Up for my company, lets talk about the 3/4 Ton Truck, I have 1 rule, NEVER TEST DRIVE A CAR WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON! I asked if they could pull it around to service and see why the light is on, I was told it would take a week. My buddy wanted to go for a test drive in the truck he liked so he did, the Salesman Brian Krammer, said its ok, you dont need your car seats just put your 1 year old in your lap. WOW, a sales rep encouraging you to break the law, first off both my buddies children need car seat/boosters, she is 7 years old and still required by LAW not ethics or good parenting the LAW to be in a booster seat and unless my buddy is married to Brittney Spears the 1 year old can't sit in your lap. So they went for a drive and I went inside and found Henry from my first visit follow up and said, Hey I need to buy a truck today or tomorrow and the check engine light it on and your sales guy says a week to tell me why, what can you do for me. He said don't worry about it they will pull it into service first thing in the morning and will have an answer by NOON the next day. The sales man Brain Krammer, he starts at 1pm the next day, fine. I call at 2:30 and hes not available, I call at 3:05 and he is out at lunch (2 hours after the start of his shift), horrible customer service and ethics here.
