"Magic" Mike is the worst salesman I've come across. Not only did he waste my time, he wasted my mother's, aunt's, uncle's and his own time. He knew in advance what my mother wanted to spend monthly on a vehicle, yet he pulls up one $200 more than what she could afford. He didn't seem sincere in his lackluster apology for wasting her time and getting her hopes up. She has been at the same job for 40 years, and finally wanted to pick a vehicle that she would retire with and just be happy with. Originally, she was looking into cars. Having a severely bad back, she decided on a Ford Escape. With not very great credit, it's been taking several months to find what she wants. "Magic" Mike got her hopes up for nothing. He crushed her, very carelessly, with the explanation of not being able to give attention to all of his customers. Isn't that what a salesman is supposed to do? Give attention to your customer, they will buy from you, as well as recommend your service to others. They may even come back for their next purchase. I'm angry because he knew what she could afford and had her come out there anyway, as if she were getting what she wanted. We were there for 2 hours and left empty-handed with the least sincere apology from him. I will NEVER return to Village Ford, and I may try to find a non-Ford vehicle from this experience.
