The Product is bad

Dear Sir or Madam: My name is Xiong Mo. I bought 2008Chrysler Town&Country on 2007. I have driven 20016 miles. I changed oil on April 13 and I had driven 19372. Nobody told me that my break had problem. My right rear rotor had be grooved after two months and I drove 1383 miles. My question is why is just right rear rotor grooved and left rear break is very good. The left rear pad had lot. I think this problem is product which is bad. The customer service is fault because they didn't tell me that my break has problem. I heard the technician said that some customers had the same problem on the front break. So, I complain the both companies because they do something wronge. I was unhappy to buy this car which I expended more than $30,000. The car is just two years and it has big problem. A lot of people say the American car will have big problem after five years. But my car had big problem after two years. I don't believe that. Thanks a lot.
