Looking for my Auto Insurance Agent

I had many problems with this broker when i first got this policy the agents name was Juan he charged me one amount and told me to make changes on the policy would be free. When i got another car i wanted to added into my policy i walked into the office and the agent was already gone there was a new agent he was charging me $ 100.00 dollars to add my vehicle into this policy. He looked into my file and told me that there was no notes on the previous agent to waive the fee to add vehicle they call it "Endorsement Fee". He also said i paid a little bit of down payment when i had another receipt with a higher amount so i walked out of the office and call the insurance company directly and made the change over the phone. The receipts that this company uses are the ones you could buy at any office store. When my husband got into a car accident we went again to this office to report the claim to the insurance company and to tell the broker about the accident another agent was there his name was Manuel he ask us questions like if the accident was big and if we were injured that before we report this to the insurance company is better to contact his lawyer (Hector) so he put us on the phone with his lawyer and we weren't allowed to contact our insurance company. The lawyer gave us a camera to take pictures and told us to go with a chiropractic after 3 visits we never heard of this so call lawyer so we contact the insurance company our car was a total loss after that. My renewal was up with this insurance company and my premium was way higher of what it usually is so i contact the office a new agent by the name Alfonso told me its because of a paid claim from my insurance company. I called the insurance company and they told me that they pay my lawyer a check for the damages and the total was $ 5000 but i never received anything from the lawyer or the broker. After many back and forth with this agency i was able to get the check due to i told the Manager Manuel that i will contact the Department Of Insurance to tell him what he was doing was wrong and he had his own lawyer inside that agency. I do not recommend this agency to anyone they might be a small broker but they know how to make your day impossible.
