Our child had guide an automobile online fourteen days before a visit to Cooperstown NY where my son was to participate his team-play in once in a football trunament. His group had fund-raised for over 2 yrs in order to go. The evening prior to the journey we visited get the car. Only to informed from the salesperson (Bob), they'd no cars. And the only real believed to us was "sorry"!! My loved ones, friends WOn't rentacar from herzt again.
