Bought vehicle with fraudulent odometer reading

I visited World Wheels after viewing an advertisement of the car that I had been thinking about with sensible reduced odometer reading, on the web. I exchanged my present vehicle in on the automobile. I had been informed the automobile do ot possess a support guide. I subsequently requested for that cars VIN number to find the prior operator of the automobile and obtain the sevice guide. I did so monitor the dog owner along, who advised me he held all providers current which he offered the automobile using the guide. But I will contact something organization in Paarl to obtain the entire documents of the providers. I did so telephone the organization within the Paarl, and was handed the stated support documents. To my terror I noticed the odometer reading about the real automobile was method below the reading of the support documents!!! I approached PW however they simply could not realize it. I futher waited approximetely 4 weeks for that cars registration documents.
