Failed to fid my van. Didn't order part. Took my money. Gave no refund

The corporation starts attempting to press you for over $1,000 whenever you come there. They've no purpose to do the job that you simply request. They did not fix my truck. I settled cash. But they didn't actually purchase the component. They declined to provide a return. It has been 2 weeks... No reimbursement and also the greater business agency does not support. I have approached customer affairs. I later discovered the function they stated they did and billed me for work and components... Well they did not do. I'd to pay for another seller throughout.
