Refuse to return the money

The corporation where you purchase items on Television, called Hispanic worldwide method, I purchased 2 sets of sneakers plus they delivered the incorrect sized, I return the merchandise to obtain the right sized. They stated they've been attempting to contact me to discus the issue, I requested them when do they contact they explained at 3 various times at operating hours. I told them that people all function and that I had no communications in my own answering machine. They WOn't return my cash following the item was go back to the organization, truly poor customer support, when approached via telephone they hang-up the telephone on me many times, and when I acquired to keep in touch with somebody they obviously stated that they do not return anything towards the clients.
