I went in to get a routine oil change. When i got my car back i noticed hand smudges all over the wheels when they shouldn't be being touched during an oil change. My car rode very smooth before hand. I am meticulous with my car and am very familiar with it. When i drove off the steering wheel and pedal vibrated like crazy above 20mph. One of the Techs pulled balancing weights off my wheels while doing the oil change. I restore cars for a living and know a lot about cars and know exactly what was causing it. You could even see the fresh residue where the weights were pried off. I went in and asked if they would fix it and they denied everything and would not balance my wheels.
