Dangerously poor service in

I brought my vehicle to United Tire & Wheel to have a set of tires mounted. On the drive home, two improperly attached balance weights flew off of my wheels and hit my vehicle. The weights they had installed on the inside edge of my wheels were of the wrong type and did not have a secure fit. Furthermore, they did not install ANY adhesive style weights which are required to balance the outer plane of alloy wheels.in other words, they only did half of the balancing job, and even that was done completely wrong. And when I picked up my vehicle, the shop owner asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to replace my front brake pads, apparently not realizing that they were BRAND NEW!

Considering the obvious risks created by metal balance weights flying off wheels on the freeway, the exceptionally poor work performed at this shop crosses the line from unprofessional and unscrupulous into downright dangerous.
