Very bad service

I've set the vehicle to repair radio stations blend. They set radio stations so when I arrived home, my chair warmer wasn't functioning. And so I returned and documented the issue. However they desired to cost $190 again to analysis the issue. After I stated I actually donot wish to pay support supervisor Thomos Finlay advised to not come again for their dealer. Exactly what a poor support? I believe he ought to be dismissed.
