Nav-Traffic Function Not Working For ALL Acura Cars - XM Radio Nav-Traffic

XM Radio re-arranged their radio stations on 5/8.in the process the Nav-Traffic feature diappeared on ALL Acura's. Their Customer Service and Product Support functions are totally useless. The company is depriving hundreds of thousands of paid subscribers the service, without any shame, any communication as to when the situation will be rectified. SiriusXM is a company focused on profits not on Customer Satisfaction. Several car manufacturers -HONDA, BMW, NISSAN - have chosen different alternatives for their Nav-Traffic feature. This company is just shameless and awful. Stay away from them, if you can.
