Mr. Sam White does not honor warrenty work

East Transmission rebuilt my transmission on my 2001 Mazda 626. I had them do the work because of price and a 1 year warranty they provide. Before 6 months were up I was around 120 miles from home when the transmission failed.

I could not reach them and had to get a hotel for the night and rent a U-Haul with a dolly to tow my car back to their shop. This was on the 15th of Dec. Sam stated it was still under warranty and would fix it after trying to say he did not recognize the handwriting on the receipt (which does not even have their company name listed).

Today is the 26th of May and I have been lied to so many times about when my car would be fixed that I have lost track. It is always tomorrow or in 2-3 days each time I reach him. Most of the time he doesn't return may calls and I have to drive to his shop to talk to him.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and he never responded to it.
