Sold me wrecked vehicle that only ran for three weeks. Cheated me out of my money

On March 31st 2010 I purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L from Towns Auto Sales. I was given a 30 day warranty on the truck. I did understand that the mileage was wrong and signed the contract. On April the 12th I was with my children on Ruch Lane in Lavergne Tennessee and the truck stalled. After restarting the engine the check engine light came on. Any newer vehicle can be checked for codes by turning the key three times from off to on position and the code will display in the odometer location. The three codes displayed were, P0522, P2110, P0400. I called the lot and informed them of the codes because any code violation and you will not be able to recieve Tennessee tags. They told me to take truck to Charlotte Pike location. That evening when leaving the park the truck would not start again. I rolled the truck home and it sat for 2 weeks. I went out one day and the truck started so I then drove the truck to Nolensville Lot and it was raining very hard and the salesman told me to wait until the rain stopped. The flood occured and the truck never ran again. It was not involved in the flood. I was informed that Charlotte Pike location was blocked due to flooding. The truck sat at my fiancee house where I rolled it from the park. I replaced parts on the vehicle such as the ERG valve, Oil pressure sensor, battery, and fuel pump. The truck never started. I was informed by a mechanic that the truck looked to have been wrecked and involved in previous flood. The truck was originally from Georgia. The paint on hood did not match the paint on the body. Also the main drive shaft had dents in its exterior. This the gave the truck a wooble effect that the repo man was aware of when he saw the truck. When they repossesed the truck for nonpayment after missing two payments I was told i would have to pay for wrecker fee (65), repo fee (150), and late payments (380). All for a truck that did not run more than three weeks and would have never passed codes. I called the lot where I purchased the vehicle and the owner response was "It's not my problem". I will hire an attorney and will sue until I either get a full refund of downpayment and parts. I have proff of loss of work and all reciepts of dates work and parts purchased. I hope that they would do the right thing. I am very disappointed in this company. Olson Parke
